WELCOME PARENTS/GUARDIANS!

We're excited to welcome both new and returning families as we prepare for another great school year at Wisconsin Heights!

We're writing to share an important update: our district is transitioning from Skyward to a new student information system, Infinite Campus. This change is part of our ongoing effort to enhance communication and streamline processes for students, families, and staff.

Infinite Campus offers a more user-friendly and comprehensive experience. One of the biggest improvements you'll notice is the enhanced online registration system, which we plan to open in early August. 

First Step for Families: Create Your Campus Parent Portal Account

To get started, we encourage all parents and guardians to set up their Campus Parent Portal account as soon as possible. This account will be your primary access point for registration, student schedules, grades, and communication.

To access Campus Parent:

1. Click on the activation link sent to your email
2. Enter your preferred username
3. Enter a strong password
4. Confirm your password

Our team has been working behind the scenes throughout July to support a smooth transition. In upcoming weeks, you'll receive an email with helpful links and step-by-step instructions to guide you through the registration process. We will also offer in-person "how-to" sessions in August, with continued support available throughout the school year.

Please note: We are still in the process of converting our student data. You may notice some errors or missing information, such as addresses, phone numbers, or student fees. We are actively working to correct these issues and will have them resolved as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
